Digital Camera suggestion ^^;;

Well... I was surveying some Digital Camera for my photoshot and stuffs, and having mixed feeling picking up which one should i buy >_<. Im not looking for some uber camera, just decent one with decent price. My current camera phone is so awfull .. tried to take some picture of my gundam, but failed ^^;;

My budget are around 100USD below.. anyone got suggestion which Digital Camera are good for me are welcome.. :P
